Tips & Help for a problem with earrings and loose rings
|
We would like to share some tips we have come across . Tip : 1. Jewelry Cleaning : Sterling silver jewelry use Baking Soda. Barely dampen the piece of jewelry with water ( the dryer the better ). Hold in the palm of your hand, pour a generous amount of baking soda over jewelry and rub with your finger tips. Continue until tarnish is gone. Rinse in cool water and dry. Credit for this tip goes to a jewelry maker we knew in Tucson. Thank You Karen ! Gold jewelry use white tooth paste . Put on an old toothbrush , dampen and scrub. Rinse in cool water. It will be bright and shiny just like new. |
| Tip : 2. I change my earrings every day. I have very sensitive ears. To keep them from getting irritated I dip the post or hook in an ointment. This helps the earring to slide in easily so there is no irritation. Please use only an ointment you are not allergic to. |
| Tip: 3 Caroline also shared a tip with me after using L'Protect on her earrings, it is as follows:
Click here for L'Protect One more thing. I had to switch to rubber backs totally. I couldn't get enough L'Protect on the metal backs to make the itching go away, so tell people to try the rubber backs. My posts are fine, though. I even fell asleep with them in and my ears are still fine! thanks |

As we get more tips we will add to our list. If you have any info. you would like to share please send E-Mail to:info.aaajewelry@yahoo.com We are always happy to get new helpful hint and tips. |

Ring Re-Sizers Here is what a customer have to say about our re-resizers: |

| 7/29/2000 Hi, yes I received the package, and everything was there. Thanks alot, and the ring guard works great. Just what I needed for my white gold wedding band. My fingers swell and shrink, so I need my ring big sometimes, not so big others. This is fantastic. Thanks again, Evelyn P. of Aberdeen, MD |

| 7/21/2006 Rosa, I received the ring guards today. Thank you so much! My engagement ring is a full size too big. To my horror, I lost it (today!!), prior to opening your package. After an hour of searching, I discovered my ring had fallen off - into the kitchen trash can! Fortunately, I found the ring and now am wearing it safely with my new ring guard (Nylon ring sizer). My fiancé never needs to know about this little incident... Thank you again for offering such a great solution. J. M. of Fairfax, VA |
