Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM
You are welcome to continue to place your orders as usual but the difference is I will only be available to answer
the phone, e-mail and ship out the orders on the above days and times.
I have been thinking of retiring for some time. Instead of completely retiring I decided
to only work 3 days a week on the web site. That way I can still offer my hypo-allergenic earrings and other items
that is so much needed by those people that have allergies. Also, those wonderful brides that need the custom made
bridal jewelry and can not find it anywhere else either.
Just a little information on why the change in my schedule.
I have several health problems, I won't bore you with them; I need more time to take care of myself and to be
with my family. Also, before I get to where I am unable, I would like to travel and participate in some Craft Fairs.
I will post when and where the Event will be so you can come and see me if you are in the area.
I do care about all of you and don't want to let you down.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but, it is either cut back on my hours or quit all together.
Hopefully you will be happy that I decided to stay and just work part time.

Please feel safe to place your order on-line, in fact when you call and give me your order I have to submit
it online for processing through our credit card company just the same way you do. The only difference is when
you place your order on-line no one else knows your CCV # from the back of your card, but when you place it on
the phone to a live person you never know who is getting your info.At our store I am the only one that ever sees
it but at a big company it's not much telling who is getting it. So next time you want to place your order on the
phone because you think it is safer, please think about who that person on the other end may be.
We have to go through a very strict security check before we can use our credit card service. It took a lot

Guarantee- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days and
we will gladly refund your money or exchange. Sorry we are unable to refund shipping.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Returns and Exchanges-
We are happy to accept returns, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not
accept returns on Custom Orders. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise
must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.
If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please add $5.40 to cover postage.A
& A Jewelry is not responsible for postage on exchanged items.
1. Item(s) being returned must be in an unaltered state and in the original labeled bag accompanied by a copy of
order form. Please list your instructions on back of order form.
2. When shipping merchandise to A & A Jewelry, please and enclose the items in a sturdy box and secure with
strong tape, and save your shipping receipt.
3. For your protection, insure the package for the value of its contents, but do not send it C.O.D.

Specify any special instructions at time of order in Special Instructions box at bottom of order page..
Most of the earrings can be put on posts, hooks or clip-on. Specify at time of order.
When placing an order if the item does not state that it is adjustable or if you need a special size (extra
small or extra large) you can put the size in the Special Instructions box and I will make sure you get
the right size. Also, if you have a question about a size you can e-mail me and I will get back to you usually
in the same day. Please make sure you put your correct phone number and e-mail address so I can contact you if
I have any questions about your order.

Delivery of your Order
If you are not going to be home to sign for your package please make arrangements with
your postal carrier to leave it in a safe place and a note stating OK to leave without signature. We can not be
held responsible for packages that are returned. If you require a package to be re-shipped, you will be required
to pay the additional postage as we are not responsible if you have not made arrangements for delivery with your
postal carrier. If you request a package to be sent " no signature required" that means no insurance
can be put on it, in that case we can not be responsible for lost or destroyed packages.
All orders are shipped by Priority Mail in USA unless other wise specified
USA-Priority Mail-Orders $1.00-$74.99 Shipping & Ins.,$6.25. Shipping is Free for orders $75.& over
for USA 3 to 5 days for delivery
USA-Rush- Express Shipping $16.25 - 2 to 3 days delivery
International-Global Priority Mail- $19.00 Shipping is Free for orders $100.& over for International
orders. 5 to 10 days delivery
